The Maggi protein diet is one of the most effective nutritional systems that provides an egg or cottage cheese menu. The weight loss process takes 4 weeks, but previously the program included a two-week course and was designed specifically for the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom Margaret Thatcher. What foods are allowed to be consumed during the diet and which should be discarded? What rules should be followed, and to whom is such a food system contraindicated? Also a 4 week detailed menu.
What is the Maggi diet?
Maggi's diet provides such foods that the body will expend more energy (calories) to digest, and will begin to actively burn excess fat accumulation. And despite the fact that such a weight loss system is low in calories, the body does not suffer from malnutrition, because the menu contains all the vitamins and trace elements necessary for human life. However, Maggie's course is very strict and not suitable for everyone.
Basic rules of the Maggi diet
The following rules should be followed during the whole period to lose weight:
- Eat 3 times a day (about the same time). Use fresh fruits and vegetables as a snack, but no later than 2 hours after a meal.
- The last meal should be no later than 3 hours before bedtime.
- Drink at least 2 liters of clean water (including sugar-free tea and coffee) per day.
- Don't change lunch and dinner menus.
- It is recommended to cook food in the oven, slow cooker or boiled (without seriously adding fat).

If nausea, weakness and dizziness occur after consuming a product, it should be excluded from the diet and a suitable replacement should be found.

Results when following the Maggi diet
If all the established rules are followed (without damaging harmful products), you can get good results, ie you can lose an average of 10-12 kg. And this is a great incentive to endure the "test" until the end. However, due to genetic predisposition to obesity or hormonal disorders in the body, weight can stand at any rate.

- With sharp increases in pressure (both up and down).

However, individual health indicators need to be taken into account to prevent complications and exacerbations of existing diseases. Therefore, it is advisable to consult a doctor before starting a diet.
